Mau ToyLab sells digital downloadable products.
Because digital files are delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final.
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not normally offered once files have been downloaded or access has been granted.
Exceptions
Refund requests may be considered in limited situations, such as:
- Duplicate purchases
- Corrupted files
- Missing files
- Technical issues that prevent access to purchased files
